What you share

Kaaya Research Limited collects your name, email address, country, city, date of birth, gender choice, optional address details, a salted password hash, confirmation that you are at least 18, and your consent to panel membership and survey invitation emails.

Why we collect it

We use these details to verify your email, manage panel membership and, after verification, contact you about relevant research opportunities. Registering does not guarantee invitations or rewards. Any study-specific terms will be explained separately.

Where it goes

Registration records are stored on Kaaya’s hosted server and are accessible to its authorised panel administrator. A configured email provider processes the email address to deliver verification and membership messages. We do not publish the applicant list.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary. You can withdraw using the unsubscribe link included in your verification email. Withdrawal removes your profile details from the active panel database. For other questions, reply to your verification email. Unverified registrations expire after 30 days and are removed during registration-service use. Operational backups may retain older copies until replaced.

Security

This page uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never as plain text. No payment details are requested. We store consent and verification timestamps, use expiring verification tokens, and apply submission limits to reduce abuse.
